The memo sheets are printed on 4.25" x 5.5" 70 lb quality, heavyweight paper, with 50 sheets per cardboard-backed pad! Each sheet is printed on both the front and the back, for a total of 100 trackers! The sheets easily tear away after use.

This is such a nice, minimalist tracker. I find that I am a bit old school and like to have these kinds of things on paper. This will do just the trick!
